For the health and safety of all users of the MMA Centre we have maintained the following rules
All members will being required to shower and arrive clean and in fresh training kit (unfortunately we can not allow attending straight from a place of work or other activities)
We will keep the door open for air flow
All members will be required to sterilise hands before entry and when leaving the gym. Hand sanitising stations are available and must be used
Whilst training equipment will be provided by the gym e.g. gloves, pads, and shin pads we would recommend you to bring your own gloves.
All members will be required to clean their training area and equipment before and after the training session. Cleaning protocols will also continue to be rigorous outside of training sessions.
